Virtual appointments are consultations which take place over webcam. You will receive appropriate, evidence-based advice and guidance from a fully regulated Primary Healthcare Practitioner.

Privacy and Security
There is no need for you to import your contacts or link your account with social networks. Acorn Health uses JaneApp as their EHR/Telehealth provider. JaneApp data is encrypted using 356 bit encryption, and utilises private server banks located in secured SOC2, Type-2 Certified data centres. Regular backups to secondary servers take place.
