Mel grew up living an outdoors, active lifestyle, heavily involved in the equestrian world. Furthermore, as a keen horse rider, Mel found the toning and flow of movement involved in Pilates very helpful for her own posture and level of fitness.
An experienced Pilates instructor, Mel teaches 1:1 sessions and group classes online. This ensures sessions are readily accessible for all. As a result of her range of additional training, Mel is skilled at creating classes and sessions that are suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
When not teaching, Mel enjoys running, cycling and exploring the countryside with her dog, Mr Barker.
