Chiropractors are best known for treating lower back pain but are in fact trained to treat the entire body.
Our experienced chiropractor understands what pain and problems you can encounter as a result of day to day stress on your body or injuries. As part of your treatment, Philippa will provide support and guidance designed to relieve your pain and work towards restoring normal function in your muscles and joints.
Chiropractic care can help relieve the pain and discomfort that arises from injury, stress, poor posture, lack of exercise and even everyday strains.
Philippa can provide care for a range of people including pregnant mothers, children, babies and the elderly.
Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession meaning they are trained to diagnose and treat you without the need for a referral from another practitioner or GP.
At your initial Chiropractic telehealth consultation you will be asked to explain how your pain arose and how the pain affects you so Philippa can fully understand how your problem is impacting your everyday life. You'll be able to talk through any historic elements of your current complaint too. All these elements will help create a tailored treatment plan and ensure that you achieve what you want from care.
Working virtually, our Chiropractor will provide you with advice and guidance bespoke to your needs. We do not provide hands-on care, if this is required, we will recommend a local practitioner from one of our trusted colleagues throughout the UK.
Our Telehealth treatment plans also include self-help advice and personalised exercise programmes delivered to you through our online patient portal.
Whilst you might consult us for lower back pain, you can also seek help with a range of other problems related to any part of your body in the muscles, joints and nerves. Philippa will take your entire physical and psychological wellbeing into account because this can have an impact on your pain and response to care. Remember, chiropractors don’t just relieve pain- we help you take control of it.
