Our experienced chiropractor Philippa graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2012. At her graduation, Philippa was awarded the Royal College of Chiropractor’s prize for “Best Research Project” for her work into how the thoughts and feelings we have about back pain can affect our response to care.
After graduation, Philippa completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Professional Development in Chiropractic. Philippa received the Royal College of Chiropractor’s Heale Award for “Outstanding Post-Graduate Training candidate” for the 2012/2013 year. This prize is given to just one chiropractor in the UK each year. It recognises Philippa’s commitment to continued learning and creating positive change in her clinics. Most importantly, it recognises her significant contribution to improving patient care and positive development of the chiropractic profession.
A knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor, Philippa is passionate about helping you on your path to recovery. She uses a range of techniques to help you and enjoys working with you to develop a treamtent plan that suits your needs. Furthermore, she is trained to work with people of all ages including the very old and the very young.
Philippa has developed a specialist interest is in chronic pain management, and she is currently studying for a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching. As a result of her training, Philippa has extensive skills to help those with persistent pain who may have barriers to recovering well.
